ATV Adventure
ATV Adventure to Moonshine Arch and Doc's Beach Recreation Area. This will be a guided tour with beautiful scenery, petroglyphs and pictographs, and fun obstacles along the way.
What to bring: Dress for Weather. Bring a water bottle and snacks
Cost: $20.00
Bouldering Park
Enjoy the afternoon at the newest boulding spot in Utah near Flaming Gorge Recreation Area. This activity will be leaving from the Uintah Conference Center at 1:00 PM on 09/28.
What to bring: water bottle, good walking shoes, and jacket.
Cost: $20.00
Green River Rafting
White Water Adventure below the dam at Flaming Gorge. This white water 7-mile float down the Green River with beautiful scenery along the way will take your breath away. Please note that this activity runs longer than the others, beginning at 12 noon and concluding at 5:00 PM.
What to bring: Dress for weather, water shoes, clothes that you don't mind getting wet in. Change of clothes for after. You will most likely be going directly to opening dinner after the rafting trip.

Mural and Foodie Tour
(Please note there are two food and mural tours with different restaurants) Check out all the cool murals around Vernal! There are over 20 murals in our downtown that you will get to see and take "Insta" worthy pictures at. Also hear from the local arts that have created the murals, how they benefit the community and business and how you can create a mural program in your community. Also, enjoy a foodie experience at Antica Forma, Vernal Brewing Company, and Little B's. This tour will be guided on foot and electric scooter.
What to bring: Fully charged phone for pictures and walking shoes

Red Fleet Mountain Biking
Enjoy an afternoon of mountain biking at the New Downhill Flow Trail at Red Fleet Recreation Complex. Must bring your own bike.
What to bring: Bike, water bottle, possible change of clothes for dinner after. This location is close to the dinner location and you might want to ride longer and not come back into town.

McCoy Flates Mountain Biking
Enjoy an afternoon of mountain biking at McCoy Flates. guided by local experts. Must bring your own bike.
What to bring: Bike and water bottle

Escape Rooms
The clock is ticking...can you make it out in time??? Great team building experience for staff or a chance to meet new people and network as you try to escape in less than an hour.
What to bring: Walking shoes. We will be going to 2 different escape room locations.

Dinosaur National Monument
Experience the World Famous Wall of Bones, Split Mountain and Josie’s Cabin. Short hike at Box Canyon and Petroglyph viewing along the way.
What to bring: Walking shoes and dress for weather. We will be riding a bus, so bring anything you might need with you from the car.

Utah Field House of Natural History
Experience the Utah Field House Museum and Paleo lab. Go behind the scenes and see all the current fossils that are being exposed. Also, a dessert and a drink at Vernal Brewing Company after the museum.

Jeep Adventure
Experience some of the best Jeep Adventures in the state at the Doc's Beach Recreation Complex. Beautiful scenery and world-class climbing and obstacles. This is a guided adventure and you will be the passenger.
What to bring: Walking Shoes, comfortable clothes and a water bottle

Hike at McConkie Ranch
Guided hike to the world famous McConkie Ranch Petroglyphs and exploring the treasures that have been found at the ranch over the years.

Skinwalker Ranch
Exclusive trip to the perimeter of the infamous Skinwalker Ranch with Thomas Winterton (Skinwalker Ranch Manager). This will be a fascinating opportunity for questions and conversation with Thomas as you travel to/from the site. You will have a unique opportunity to pass through the public security barrier and take take your photo at the Ranch's entrance gate. (Due to safety, unknown paranormal risks, and the ranches policies no visitors are allowed beyond the entrance gate.) This is closer than the general public can get to the ranch! The tour's last stop is the panoramic overlook of the property where Thomas will be able to point out the Ranches layout and some of the phenomenal hotspots. This activity will be leaving from the Uintah Conference Center at 1:00 PM on 09/28.

Sunrise Activities - Thursday + Friday
Sunrise Yoga
Thursday, 9/29/22 6:30AM - 7:30AM
Get your flow on, by starting your morning off with a pre-meeting Sunrise Yoga session. Yoga will be at the Vernal Library Park and participants will need to drive themselves.
Mats will be provided.

Sunrise Hike: Eagle Ridge Trail
Friday, 9/30/22 6:15AM - 7:45AM
Start your morning off with a pre-meeting Sunrise Hike. Participants should plan to meet at 6:15 AM at the Uintah Conference Center to carpool to Steinaker State Park.
