Exhibitor Booth Space

As an exhibitor at the 2025 Utah Tourism Conference, you have the opportunity to share your services or products with more than 400 conference attendees.

Booth includes: 10’ x 6’ space, 8’ back drape, two 3’ side drapes, one 6’ draped table, two chairs, and a wastebasket. Booth venue location dependent on level of purchase.

All other items including electricity, shipping, drayage, & other equipment are an additional cost to Exhibitors through the Ruby’s Inn Conference Center. Booth placement is chosen by the conference committee.

Booth setup is only allowed Wednesday, Oct 1st, from 9 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. Booth hours of operation are Thursday, Oct 2nd, 7:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m., and Friday, Oct 3rd, 7:30 a.m. - 2 p.m. Teardown is Friday, Oct 3rd, from 2 - 3 p.m. Early teardown must be approved by the conference committee ahead of time.

Exhibitor Booth Types

VIP Exhibitor Booth Space

Cost: $3,000 + 2 complimentary registrations

VIP Exhibitor Booths will be located within Ebenezer’s Barn & Grill where the main stage is located and keynote sessions will be hosted.

Standard Exhibitor Booth Space

Cost: $1,500 + 1 complimentary registration

Standard Exhibitor Booths will be located in the Red Canyon Networking Lounge at Ruby’s Inn where the networking breaks will take place.

Pop Up Mini Booth

Cost: $1,000 + 1 complimentary registration

The Pop-Up Mini Booth offers exhibitors a unique opportunity to showcase their brand, initiative, or destination with a compact display placed strategically within the conference center—without the need to staff or sit at a booth space. Placement is determined by conference planners to ensure maximum visibility and seamless integration into the event experience.
